My research interest is to help schools building a sustainable RTI practice that would outlived the tenure of the first cohort. I believe that when giving sufficient support, schools can adopt a RTI model that has a contextual fit with their school cultures and the needs of their students. This practice can be the school's standard operation procedure. My goal is to provide the schools build such models so that they can help students achieve academic excellency.
